現任香港教育大學名譽教授、華僑大學榮譽教授。曾擔任新加坡南洋理工大學國立教育學院中文系主任，籌建中華語言文化中心並擔任主任，籌備南洋理工大學孔子學院並擔任理事長。新加坡已故資政李光耀先生稱譽其為「華語文教學的先驅」。2005年和2007年，分別獲南洋理工大學「校友成就獎」、「傑出教學獎」。2018年獲新加坡華文教研中心「榮譽學者」稱號。

Dr. Angel M. Y. Lin stands as a pioneering figure in plurilingual education and critical literacies, whose work has transformed approaches to language teaching and learning globally. Currently serving as Chair Professor of Language, Literacy and Social Semiotics in Education at the Education University of Hong Kong, she previously held the prestigious Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Plurilingual and Intercultural Education at Simon Fraser University (2018-2024).

Dr. Lin's scholarly impact is evident in her prolific publication record of over 200 publications, including 9 research books. Her work has garnered more than 14,000 citations with an impressive h-index of 59 and an i-10 index of 143. This remarkable influence has been recognized at the highest levels, with her inclusion in Stanford University's 2024 list of the world's top 1% most widely cited scientists.

Dr. Mohammed Salem Alwaqdani is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Curriculum and Teaching Methods Department at Umm Al-Qura University. He specializes in artificial intelligence in education, digital learning, and smart learning environments. He earned his Ph.D. from Newcastle University and holds an MA in Learning, Technology, and Education from the University of Nottingham.

His research interests include AI applications in education, multilingual digital learning, and flipped learning, with a particular focus on teacher development, adaptive learning environments, and technology-enhanced instructional strategies. His work explores the integration of AI-driven tools in educational settings to enhance learning outcomes, support multilingual education, and optimize digital teaching methodologies.

鄭明瑜教授目前擔任馬來西亞拉曼大學會計和管理學院的教授，同時兼任管理與領導培訓學院院長和一帶一路策略研究中心主任。此外，她也是香港亞洲研究中心的非常駐高級研究員。鄭教授的研究項目與經濟發展有關，如社會資本、全球化、人力資本發展和競爭力研究。她近期的研究課題包括科技和工業聯系、STEM教育、第四次工業革命對社會經濟的影響，以及「一帶一路」倡議。她專注於研究東盟經濟體，致力於探究十個處於不同經濟發展階段的國家如何共同發展壯大。鄭教授曾獲得日本學術振興會獎學金，也是美國華盛頓州立大學的富布賴特訪問學者，在新加坡國立大學李光耀公共政策學院擔任過研究員，也曾在台灣國立台灣大學任客座教授。2011年， 她被授予世界經濟論壇全球青年領袖（YGL）。這一榮譽每年由世界經濟論壇頒發，旨在表彰全球範圍內40歲以下的最傑出的年輕領導人。

Ninh Ngoc NGUYEN is now a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Education and Human Development, The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) in Hong Kong. She received her B.A. in English language from Vietnam National University Hanoi in Vietnam, and her M.A. in Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from La Trobe University in Australia. Before joining EdUHK, Ninh had been a lecturer of Translation and Interpretation at the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University Hanoi for nearly 15 years. In the past ten years, she has also worked as a senior education consultant for the World Bank Group in Vietnam (teacher education, higher education, and early childhood education projects), the U.S. Agency for International Development, Save the Children International, Indiana University, and other non-governmental organizations in teacher education, higher education reform, and early childhood education, etc. Her research interests include quality assurance in higher education, university governance, transnational higher education, and curriculum and instruction.

陳友明（印尼文名：Yudi Sutanto Tan），男，教育學學士、碩士，政治學博士，印尼華人，出生於印尼普禾格多市。現任印尼全國三語學校協會主席，普華基金會暨三語國民學校主席，印尼國立蘇迪曼將軍大學高級講師，暨南大學《華文學苑》《華僑青年》期刊編委，暨南大學教育部區域國別研究中心——東南亞研究中心特約研究員，2024 年 10月被聘為湖北省僑務理論研究智庫專家。

研究專長為中文教育、華人文化、印尼政治、民族、文化、中印尼關系。

王曉梅，廈門大學馬來西亞分校中文系教授。主要研究領域涵蓋馬來西亞華語與社會語言學，先後發表中英文論文八十余篇，出版學術專著多部。目前擔任雙語期刊Global Chinese（《全球華語》）、《獨中教育研究期刊》等期刊的編委，中國國家語委海外華語研究中心學術委員、馬來西亞獨立中學統一課程委員會華文科學科顧問、吉隆坡廣東義山學術顧問。
