現任香港教育大學名譽教授、華僑大學榮譽教授。曾擔任新加坡南洋理工大學國立教育學院中文系主任，籌建中華語言文化中心並擔任主任，籌備南洋理工大學孔子學院並擔任理事長。新加坡已故資政李光耀先生稱譽其為「華語文教學的先驅」。2005年和2007年，分別獲南洋理工大學「校友成就獎」、「傑出教學獎」。2018年獲新加坡華文教研中心「榮譽學者」稱號。

Dr. Angel M. Y. Lin stands as a pioneering figure in plurilingual education and critical literacies, whose work has transformed approaches to language teaching and learning globally. Currently serving as Chair Professor of Language, Literacy and Social Semiotics in Education at the Education University of Hong Kong, she previously held the prestigious Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Plurilingual and Intercultural Education at Simon Fraser University (2018-2024).

Dr. Lin's scholarly impact is evident in her prolific publication record of over 200 publications, including 9 research books. Her work has garnered more than 14,000 citations with an impressive h-index of 59 and an i-10 index of 143. This remarkable influence has been recognized at the highest levels, with her inclusion in Stanford University's 2024 list of the world's top 1% most widely cited scientists.

Dr. Mohammed Salem Alwaqdani is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Curriculum and Teaching Methods Department at Umm Al-Qura University. He specializes in artificial intelligence in education, digital learning, and smart learning environments. He earned his Ph.D. from Newcastle University and holds an MA in Learning, Technology, and Education from the University of Nottingham.

His research interests include AI applications in education, multilingual digital learning, and flipped learning, with a particular focus on teacher development, adaptive learning environments, and technology-enhanced instructional strategies. His work explores the integration of AI-driven tools in educational settings to enhance learning outcomes, support multilingual education, and optimize digital teaching methodologies.

Professor Dr. Cheng Ming Yu is currently a Professor at the Faculty of Accountancy and Management (FAM), Director of the Institute of Management and Leadership Development (IMLD) and Chairperson of the Belt and Road Strategic Research Centre (BRSRC) at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. She is also a Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Hong Kong Research Center for Asian Studies (RCAS), Hong Kong).

She works on a number of projects related to economic development, particularly social capital, globalisation, human capital development and competitiveness studies. Her recent interests are in Science & Technology and industry linkages, STEM education and socio-economic aspects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as well as the Belt and Road Initiative. Prof. Cheng was a fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Fellowship, Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Washington State University, USA, Research Fellow at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, Singapore and Visiting Professor at National Taiwan University, Taiwan. In 2011, she was selected to join the Young Global Leader Forum (YGL Forum) of World Economic Forum.

Ninh Ngoc NGUYEN is now a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Education and Human Development, The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) in Hong Kong. She received her B.A. in English language from Vietnam National University Hanoi in Vietnam, and her M.A. in Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from La Trobe University in Australia. Before joining EdUHK, Ninh had been a lecturer of Translation and Interpretation at the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University Hanoi for nearly 15 years. In the past ten years, she has also worked as a senior education consultant for the World Bank Group in Vietnam (teacher education, higher education, and early childhood education projects), the U.S. Agency for International Development, Save the Children International, Indiana University, and other non-governmental organizations in teacher education, higher education reform, and early childhood education, etc. Her research interests include quality assurance in higher education, university governance, transnational higher education, and curriculum and instruction.

Chen Youming (Indonesian name: Yudi Sutanto Tan), male, Bachelor and Master of Education, Doctor of Political Science, Chinese Indonesian, born in Purwokerto, Indonesia. Currently the Chairman of the Indonesian National Trilingual School Association, Chairman of the Puhua Foundation and Trilingual National School, Senior Lecturer at General Sudirman University, Indonesia, Editorial Board Member of the Journals of Chinese Literature and Overseas Chinese Youth of Jinan University, Special Researcher of the Southeast Asia Research Center, Regional Country Research Center of the Ministry of Education of Jinan University, In October 2024, was hired as an expert at the Hubei Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Theory Research Think Tank.

Research expertise is Chinese education, Chinese culture, Indonesian politics, ethnicity, culture, and China-Indonesia relations.

Wang Xiaomei, professor at the Department of Chinese Studies, Xiamen University Malaysia. Her main research areas cover Malaysian Huayu and sociolinguistics, and she has published more than 80 journal papers and several academic monographs in English and Chinese. Currently, she serves as an editorial board member of the bilingual journal Global Chinese and Journal of Educational Research, an academic member of the National Center for Overseas Huayu Research of the Chinese Language Commission of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, an advisor of the Chinese Language subject in the Malaysian Independent Secondary Schools Unified Curriculum Committee, and an academic advisor of the Association of Kwong Tong Cemetery Management Kuala Lumpur.
